เมื่อวันที่ 27 – 31 มกราคม 2567 อ.ดร.ภวิสร ชื่นชุ่ม ได้รับเชิญจาก The International Association for Hydro-Environment Engineering and Research (IAHR) เพื่อเข้าร่วมประชุม the Eco-hydraulics Forum in the 2024 Young Scholar Forum on High-Quality River Basin Development และบรรยายในหัวข้อพิเศษเรื่อง Water Management Strategies in an Era of Turbulence, A Case Study in Thailand ณ เมืองลี่เจียง สาธารณรัฐประชาชนจีน
การประชุมครั้งนี้มีอาจารย์ นักวิชาการ และนักศึกษาจากหลากหลายมหาวิทยาลัยเข้าร่วมประมาณ 100 คนได้แก่ Tsinghua University, Beijing Normal University, Hohai University, Wuhan University และ Sichuan University เป็นต้น
